Return Policy

Easy 30-Day Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return it to Galaxy within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the Eligibility Conditions.

Items shipped from Galaxy can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Once the item is received at our center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full amount as well as postage cost, once your return is processed.

Return Shipping:

Please Pack and Ship the items back in a secured packing as the original you received, with a traceable and signature required service.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.

Shipping Refund

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Items shipped Free will subject to deduct actual shipping and handling charges.

Limited Liability

Galaxy is not responsible for items left in returned merchandise. Galaxy is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt. We may file a lost or damage claim but we don't refund unless the shipping company pays us. Literally, We won’t refund or provide payment or reimbursement for Loss of time, sales or profits, loss of use of the vehicle, lift, dock, storage fees, Diagnostic time, service calls, labor Replacement of any fluids or other substances, tune-ups or replacement of belts, hoses or maintenance items, towing charges, vehicle rental, substitute transportation, lodging, etc. or communication expenses.

  • There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.

Eligibility Conditions

The return will not be accepted under Misuse, maintenance neglect, abuse, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions, or accidents. Damage caused by the installation or related vehicle problems is not covered, as well as installation in a vehicle for which it was not designed or purchased. Overheating of the engine voids any warranty for labor or replacement. All vehicles are equipped with warning devices (gauges and lights), please be sure they are operational. Damage caused by lack of lubricants or fluids that lead to engine failure will void this agreement.
